Waterproof parka with retractable hood specially designed for surveillance and security. Made with waterproof Canvas fabric on the outside, smooth inner lining and padded filling that provides good thermal retention. Front closure with double-slider zipper, heat-sealed seams to prevent water seepage and keep the body dry in the rain. Adjustable cuffs with Velcro and waist with adjustable drawstring and brake for better fit and greater comfort. Two side pockets and one inside zip pocket to keep everything accessible, and side openings at the bottom with zips that allow access to the tactical belt without unbuttoning the jacket.
